Service line 02 / AI Automation

Make the next step happen automatically.

Practical workflows can collect an inquiry, qualify it, update the right systems, follow up with context, help schedule a meeting, alert the team, and hand the conversation to a person at the right time.

Design around the operation

Automation should reduce friction without losing the human context.

We begin with the actual steps, decision rules, data, and exceptions in your workflow. Then we map the right handoffs between your website, CRM, messaging, calendar, and team.

Capture & qualify

Validate required details, protect against duplicates, and route inquiries by fit, urgency, service, or intent.

Keep systems in sync

Create or update CRM records, assign the next owner, and carry the useful context forward.

Follow up with context

Send a relevant acknowledgement, guide the next question, or offer an appointment based on the workflow.

Bring a person in

Notify the team and make the handoff clear when the lead needs judgment, support, or a live conversation.

Tooling follows the process. Workflows may use n8n, APIs, CRM platforms, messaging services, calendars, and structured AI where appropriate. The selected tools depend on the business requirements and account configuration.

Portfolio demonstrations

Two working workflow prototypes.

These demonstrations show how workflow logic can be connected and tested. They are not claims about client results or production operation.

Evidence boundary: Both demos have been locally verified in n8n with fictional/test data. The live integration paths exist where documented, but live provider calls for OpenAI, Resend, Meta WhatsApp, and Google Calendar have not all been verified. No client performance or production deployment is claimed.

How we build

Plan. Connect. Test. Hand off.

Automation needs to be understandable to the people who own the process. We document the workflow, test expected and edge-case behavior, and make the human handoff visible.

01

Map

Agree on triggers, fields, qualification rules, routing, exceptions, and measures of success.

02

Build

Connect the approved tools and add only the logic the process needs.

03

Verify

Run test cases for normal, duplicate, incomplete, and handoff scenarios.

04

Transfer

Document ownership, failure paths, and the steps for a person to take over.

Frequently asked questions

AI automation, in plain terms.

Does automation replace a sales team?

No. A workflow can handle defined repeatable steps, move context between tools, and alert the team. People still make decisions that need judgment and take over when the workflow reaches a human handoff.

Can you connect WhatsApp, a CRM, and a calendar?

Those connections depend on the tools, permissions, business rules, and provider configuration. We map the process first and verify each integration path before representing it as live.

What happens when an automation cannot continue?

The workflow should define a safe exception path, keep the relevant context, and notify a person rather than silently dropping the inquiry.
