Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, website, primary search or automation goal, and an optional message. You may also provide similar information when you contact VisibleAhead directly by email.

Why the information is used

VisibleAhead uses the information to receive and respond to your request, understand the search-visibility or automation workflow you describe, prepare a relevant conversation, maintain necessary correspondence, protect the form from abuse, and meet applicable business or legal needs.

Formspree processing

The contact form sends your details to Formspree using a standard form submission. You continue to a Formspree-hosted security check and confirmation page so the request can be processed and delivered by email. Formspree’s Submission Archive is disabled for this form, so VisibleAhead does not intentionally store submitted fields in the Formspree dashboard. Formspree may still process the submission and related technical data to provide delivery, security, spam filtering, and service operations under its own privacy terms.

Email retention

Messages that reach VisibleAhead persist in the VisibleAhead mailbox according to business and legal needs. No fixed retention period is promised on this page. Email providers may also process message and delivery information as part of operating the mailbox.

Spam and abuse prevention

The form uses Formspree’s Formshield filtering, a hidden honeypot field, input validation, duplicate-submit protection, and Formspree-hosted reCAPTCHA verification. Formspree handles submission errors and rate limits on its hosted pages. Formspree and its verification provider may process technical and verification signals to protect submissions from spam and abuse. Domain restriction and accepted website origins are controlled by the form configuration.

Technical information

When you use the website, hosting, security, form, and network providers may transiently process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, requested URL, and security signals. VisibleAhead uses this processing to deliver and protect the website and contact form.

Cookies and analytics

VisibleAhead does not currently operate website analytics or advertising cookies. Formspree and hosting or security providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for form delivery, website operation, security, and abuse prevention. This policy will be updated before adding VisibleAhead-controlled analytics or advertising technology.

Sharing and sale

VisibleAhead does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers used to host the website, protect the form, deliver contact requests, and operate the email mailbox. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent abuse, or respond to a valid legal requirement.
